There's a thing called intrinsic value (meaning the more people want
something the more attractive it is to everyone else) If she ask you
if you are seeing anyone and you tell her no, you dramatically
bring down your intrinsic value because you are subconsciously
communicating to her that "you're the only one that wants me"

Sexual attraction is competitive so without any competition for
her it kinda takes the fun out of it. so the short answer is
to tell her "yes I'm seeing other people" and do it in a nonchalant way
not bragging about it either.
