1) Am I ever going to see these people again?
2) Do these people have any direct impact in my life (i.e. - do they employ me, so that I can pay the bills)?
If the answer to these two questions are NO, then fuck them. I'm just gonna do what I gotta/wanna do.
Simple, yet difficult. Took me years to get to this mentality.
