Just moved in to a new place with a couple friends. I want the neighbour, Lady in her late 20s, quite possibly 30s. (i'm early 20s, young looking) Met her like twice but have just taken more of a background image in the conversations so far.. but since it's still early i'm thinking I can go for it anyways

she seems to live by herself, looks like she could be fairly slutty, visible thong etc. In common we have training.

What can I do? Would be nice to feel a bit prepared before future encounters

How do you do that? Well, unfortunately there is no special pill that you can take... you've got to learn how to get her attracted to you and make her horny. It's not "simple."

if you are her neighbour,go over and confidently,introduce yourself,it will start a conversation.
Also have a party ,it will build up your social circle,status and give you a chance to invite her over and then to know her and game her. but one important step is TALK TO HER. follow what everyone is saying!!
