Anybody else sometimes hate the music they play at clubs? Or how they never play music that gets your blood pumping and puts you in state? Me too. Ive always been a hard rock fan and generally dont like the type of music they play in clubs anymore. So I decided Id put my songs that put me in state on my ipod and keep only 1 headphone in. That way I constantly have my music going, keeping me in state, yet I can still listen and hear everything the girls saying to me. Its actually been working pretty well for me. So far ive had zero anxiety. Generally puas, including me, tend to worry about what to say next. With this I havnt had that problem yet. I went out last night with a couple friends and it worked perfectly. I had girls i knew hanging on me all night and girls I didnt were clamouring for my attention. I highly recomend this technique

If I know I'm going somewhere that I will hate the music... I'll keep my studio headphones around my neck and plugged into my ipod with music playing (that way it's loud enough so I can hear it without having to worry about it falling out of my ear)

If a girl calls me out on it... I say "I keep them on incase I get sick of listening to you babble"

You are definitely right about music impacting your state. When you can jam out to something you like, it puts you into your own world.

Yea man. I have mine go up my back and under my hat. So far the only people who've noticed were those that i mentioned it too. I only wear it in my left ear though. Makes it easier to hear and makes my frame seem more natural
