If you've done the thing the person says they never did, you drink. ( we usually make it clear that you can have done the thing you are saying but you also will have to drink).
I have never ALWAYS turns sexual. Incorporating it into a more innocent game removes the seedy intentions that might be gleamed from someone suggesting the game.
