Long story short - was with a girl and she was being really shitty and cold..said she couldn't make her mind up about splitting up. Spent 2 months low contact and then three weeks ago I had enough and decided to go NC. I was pissed at myself through because I didn't get closure by telling her that I was ending it...I just stopped contacting.

At the weekend after 3 weeks NC - I cracked and sent her an email to say basically it was best we split up and that we should keep away from each other for a while. So I was really surprised when she emailed back saying she was in a much better place after the break in communication and that she hadn't intended letting it go on indefinitely and chat soon.

I haven't responded yet and had no real plans to - I'm thinking that I should let her chase now if she wants to...but I'm probably being naive. Any thoughts...I really want this one back, so I have to make sure I don't lose my cool and do something stupid..
