Well, two completely seperate ones actually. eeing as theres no "technique" here, I think this is the right place to post.

1) Theres a girl that I work with (part time gig while im at Uni) who, for whatever reason, constantly takes the p*ss. Not even in a friendly way (I think). This girl seems to have made a habit out of undermining me infront of managers - pointing out sh*t that a most discreet person would say in private. Along with this she says things like "you took too long" or "cause your so sh*t." I think she just has a stick up her ass over something or other about me but is it possible shes trying to get to me because shes attracted and neads to break me down due to her own low self esteem? Ive thought about both and ell...I dont know. This question is just a curiosity.

2) I've never really thought about it but is there a smooth way to "ask a girl out?" While making your intentions clear without being...pervy. And no, im not thinking of the same girl here as above :p

1. Do what you can to bring that chick down. If you can't play political games, learn to do so. Find subtle and less subtle ways to undermine her credibility and standing.

2. Of course. If you are confident and frank enough it will not come across as pervy.
