Alright, having read most perspectives/opinions on the mainstream PU community, the Anti-PUA community (naturals, puahate etc) and research of the Scientific community i have concluded the following which i use as a personal manifesto:

I) Mainstream PU Community with its passion to generate a cash income has been proven to bloat their "core"-game with mental masturbation.
Most hated one "looks don't matter".

II) PU-Bashing/Natural Community while recovering from the onslaught of PU mind-rape consider everything that community teaches as false.
Most hated one "looks are E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G a.k.a. LMS or gtfo"
Another common one "Its all about numbers"

III) Scientific Community with every good intent on uncovering the mechanisms behind mate-selection amongst other things, have revealed us various unquestionable principles that can be taken as facts.
Weak point: Not much practical application to those principles

So from the above and after taking into account most valid examples of each Community and their points (where Scientific community takes no clear place here, and sometimes concludes opposite things) i have come up with a simple solution i named Golden Mean Theory because it tries to balance things in order to have some real world application, avoid bullshit and save us some time from useless debates.

Before i start i would like to point out that what i find a great sin in both PU-Related Communities is they oversimplify things.
Any rational person could tell you that in the Real World mate selection is not a simple algorithm that you can calculate in your head and come up with a deterministic result but is instead a multi-variable problem that is too complicated to be certain of anything.
In this case if you want to have a grip of what's going on you are better off trusting your gut that your cortex (your instincts have evolved to give you some insight on this).

So moving on to the essence of this theory:

In our male case (the try to lay women game) we have different goals than the female case (where you try to attract men) so you can't compare the two to reach any conclusion even if they overlap in some aspects (the looks factor).

In women we mostly care about Replication value which basically is genes, health and the ability to bear offspring successfully (emotional stability plays in here, and other stuff)

In men we care about Replication value AND Survival value which is basically genes, health, status in the "tribe", strength, perseverance, resources.
You can group the Survival traits under the word Dominance which includes all the kinds of dominance you need to survive in this universe (emotional dominance, mental dominance, social dominance, physical dominance).

Basically our nature leads us through natural selection towards "God-mode". While managing to survive in this harsh environment replicate consistently the superior genes that are created randomly until you become immune to all disease and have the best possible phenotype for the said environment.
Which isn't much afar from immortality, but that's another topic.

So regarding what values we search for in males and females:

Females at some point have to bear children which makes them hard to defend themselves against the harshness of this world and its threat, fact that leads females through evolution on focusing primarily on genes or good-looks and raising children.

Males have to fill the gaps and be natural leaders, hunters, survival artists, protectors, and the occasional good-looking (superior genes) male package.
Women try to acquire both of that, so they theoretically prefer men who are strong/efficient/dominant as well as having superior-genes than their generation.
But still if they choose permanently (LTR) the superior-gene male, they will have a hard time protecting their superior-gene offspring from threats.
A job which would better fit to the efficient/survival male with the average genome.
A way to balance this out is trough Mating Strategies such as hiding ovulation periods and passing the superior-genes offspring as your LTR-Survival Males offspring.
Which sadly is being screwed by contraception (nature too takes it in the ass sometimes it seems) since even if they are led to cheat on their LTR's with very good looking guys this has no actual effect on evolution.
(Maybe the next step will be spermatozoa with condom-piercing heads, but not just yet)

So in an attempt to bring it all together and end all the impractical/Time-consuming debates i came-up with the following:

[L + 4D(SP)] x N = G

Where: L is the Looks Factor
4D is the Quadra-Dominance Factor (which is an indirect measure women use to calculate how probable it is that you either have high Survival Value in the present time or will in the future) which is correlated to the actual Social Proof you have (as if you demonstrate social proof the Dominance Function will give a higher probability of you being Survival Material)
N is the number of repetitions needed to produce averagely satisfying results which varies depending on [L + 4D(SP)] and R
R is the actual result varying from 0 which not satisfying at all to 1 which is god-mode.

In layman's terms all this means that:

A) If you have Good Looks AND Good Game (aka the ability to present 4Dominance) your results will be near ideal.

B) If you have Good Looks AND Average Game your results will be bottle-necked to about average.

C) If you have Average Looks AND Good Game your results will be bottle-necked to about average.

Hopefully for B) and C) cases the universe is a complex/multi-variable construct and therefore Chaos or simply dumb-luck is to be taken into account, that's why we introduce N the number of repetitions, because results fluctuate.
Its possible you approach a girl with exactly the same values and actions and borderline fail or you could approach the same girl with slightly different mood/SPAM/time and borderline succeed.
Not to mention the standards women have as to who is fuckable and who is not, which also fluctuates in the female population.
So repetitions are essential cause they let you take advantage of the randomness of the whole thing.

If you fall under the B) or C) cases by increasing the number of repetitions (approaches of women with similar value) you are bound to have results comparable to category A) or even better.

For example a male under category A) might have to approach only 3 Hb9's (or what he perceives as that) and have one Lay.
On the other hand males under categories B) and C) might have to approach 10 Hb9's for a single Lay.
This gives you a fighting chance if you want to perceive it that way against natural "Studs".
If you are fairly active you can even surpass the A-class male on Hb9/week lay count, which completely blasts away the need to be good at everything.
Sure it makes things easier but don't forget that there is also a high probability to intimidate the female you target who might perceive you as a player and simply dodge you in favor of a B/C-Class male that she finds near her caliber. (In terms of emotional safety).

This is my view on things and it enables me to pick the gems and dodge the crap of the whole PU-Movement.

Also i would like to add, because the Value System is imperfect the emotional aspect of attraction women use can be exploited under certain circumstances as some PUA's have reported.

For example from what we understand women respond to both visual cues (looks) and emotional cues so they can measure a man's potential survival value by his vibe without knowing much about him.

Unfortunately, some people abuse those emotional aspects to create attraction.
For example the Dark Triad can be misinterpreted for Alpha Behaviour, Social status indirect cue and high Survival Potential where its just a personality disorder (mere delusions).
Which is also a big reason why Bad Boys have often better results, because they create emotional fluctuations in women with their irrational behavior (amygdala responds to all this)

Pleasure under any form, either through external drug use or internal drug use (dopamine, endorphins etc) can be misinterpreted as Survival Value and linked to a certain person.
This is also a flaw in our biology.
When pleasure is used to promote "good"-behavior on our part, we also misinterpret pleasure for good-behaviour and stick to repeating patterns.
That's why people who do drugs start to see anyone as attractive, and when we are horny start to see most people as attractive too.
Maybe after all escalation is attractive as 60 YoC said (which i have read a lot of people doubt, me included).
In reality they are attracted to the pleasure caused by endorphins which they link to the person who provokes that (aka the lover).
Also by escalating fast you can make them release dopamine since they don't really expect or are used to that.

Of course we could count those exceptions under the Survival Value bracket, (or 4D as i like to call it) because that's certainly how nature perceives it.
Pleasure is linked to increased survival probability even if that's not really the case (long-term).
