Asuming they don't pick our seats for us, where should I try to sit in relation with her. There will be about 7 of us at a round table.
Also any good ideas for things to do at dinner with her, kino? escalation?
We will also all be going out right after to party. _________________ Evan/Bear

It was one of the reasons why most modern offices don't have this big imposing desk in the midle of the room anymore. The boss forces you to sit next to him or 90 degrees to him to give an air of cooperation. Of course, until we don't have bosses this is, at best, an optimistic attempt at the illusion of equality.

You can sit anywhere. If you sit next to her, you can lock more easily. If you sit away, you can work the entire table to build social proof. In other words, play to your strengths and maximize the advantage of every position.
Kino and escalation should be obvious, it's never a question of WHETHER to do them, only of how to do them. The only time you leave them out is if you've already built attraction and are attempting to freeze her out instead to make her chase you.
Go with whatever happens, game fluidly. Don't be overly self conscious of social cues, remember a girl always goes home with whatever guy she's having the most fun with.
