i can't approach, i keep over thinking it. i know the 3 second rule that mystery said but i can't bring myself to do it! I know what i would say to open but i wouldn't know what to follow with. this is really killing me right now guys.

ok then just open, and leave when you cant think of anythign else to say. You already said you know how to open , now prove it to yourself and open. Start with clerks and paid help if you have to then move up to men and old ladys next.

The faster you approch the sooner you move on to the next process. If your in a conversation your not thingking about if she rejects me... your thinking what do i say next. Remeber that value you think you have is just precieved. it isn't real. No one has inhert value it must be earned in a space of time. Like every night you go out. Yes you can manipulate that value but thats a differant topic. Just just need to see that the faster you do it the faster you move on to the next process... and your life will not change unless you get that positive reaction.
