Alright. I'm currently about 5'10 at 230. I feel like my size is what is totally killing my natural game. I go to school, have the good job, you know the rest. What kind of change did you notice from the ladies after a weight loss or phusical change?

Loose the weight. It'll improve every aspect of your life and pick up especially will become much easier. Join a gym and get a decent program together; either have a few lessons with a pt or go with a mate who actually knows what he's doing so you can see how hard you have to push yourself. Consistency is key, make the gym a habit for you, the first few weeks will be hardest. Don't eat shit, eating healthy is half the battle.

Recently I've been hitting the gym a fair bit to try gain muscle as i've always been pretty thin. Girls look at you in a different way, trust me, when you are in shape pick up is way easier.

Not to mention the Gym will put some natural confidence into you... not saying you can be overweight and not pick up, but just your games gotta be real tight if you are...
