We click whenever we hang out. We do shit, have long conversations.I make her laugh alot. We were coming in contact a lot tonight, a lot of subtle flirting from her, which is different. Problem is she has a long distance boyfriend and I've been rejected by her before and I enjoy her company enough to want her as a friend, yet the tension is palpable.

Anyone have any thoughts on the actions I should take from here? Keeping in mind that my first priority is maintaining friendship and trust, and I don't want to manipulate her.

Well, you either will be a friend or a guy going after her. I would pay attention to her preening, jewelry, hair, clothes, etc. The body language must be sexual in nature not friendly in nature, sometimes a girl is just super comfortable with you. The girl will sleep in your bed, or other things that seem like they are invitations which is obviously false, you became a brother somewhere along the line.

Test her comfort level with the occasional touch. Start with arm than go to waste, if she is comfortable with it elevate to more sexual areas in a timely manner(careful not to overstep your bounds and set off alarms). I like to lock my hand around their waste and see their reaction. You have to try one small elevation at a time, she will eventually get a block, but inching your way through things is the key to finding out. She will show a positive or a negative reaction from their you continue or retreat. Mentioning sex is so easy to do and it gets their mind on it as well in my experiences, I consistently make sexual jokes/innuendos. Witty remarks but a bit over the top for most people, I have a infections laugh so people have to laugh.

Give her a long hug next time you hang out she will show a positive or negative sign. It also lets her know she is safe in your arms. As you stop hugging slowly drag your hand down her arm with your hand eventually touching your hand, if she copies this with a slight grab at the end of the hug with a sensualness or grace she is likely attracted to you. You can sit and talk again for a few minute than toss a another hug good bye. Find out if there is any fireworks. These hugs are best done if they are alone.

Slow elevation is the route I would go, than at the end of the night try the long hug. Sometimes it will get you quick elevation. Say thank you for hanging out and she smells good, again read her reaction. Smelling her neck is a great move. MMMM You smell good. From there you can kiss her neck.

This is all body language orientated, know her reaction and it will tell you whether there is anything plausible.

Probably best not to sleep with a girl dating a guy after all that is said. You wouldn't want to be the guy cheated on.
