 Post subject: new job + gaming = ?

how can i use my talents and cofidence from gaming towards a new job? to stand out from the rest of new employees? it's a dumb question and i guess it'll come with a dumb answer but any tips?

Definitely there are parallels between job hunting and gaming. For example, at job interviews - don't seem too desperate, tell DHV not DLV stories. Elicit values from the interviewer and then try to demonstrate ways in which you meet those values. Ask direct questions, make yourself seem like the prize not the other way around, etc etc. There are a ton more books out there on how to succeed at landing a job. I read some of them when I was looking for internships in college and there are definitely many similarities.

Absolutely YES!! actually the only reason i still read about PUA and gaming is because, most of this stuff applies to many more things than just women

Solid post, it was exactly what I did to land my new job, and at the end they asked me "well are you interested in joining us?" Inside i was like LOL YES, but tried to hide my smile hahah and gladly accepted.
