i guess it all depends on how she says your mean. this happens to me all the time. if they are actually upset then chill a little. if she sorta laughs or says it sorta jokingly then she probably dont mind. just make sure you smile when you do it. its all about calibration with cocky and funny

Where were you talking to them? At the club or something? It sounds like that could have been a possibility. Anyways, there are tons of options you could have used here.

You say girl A seems to like your teasing (IOI), while girl B says your mean. Twss mentioned a key point, it is about her delivery. If she seems really offended chill, however could be a shit test.

An option you could have done would be isolating girl A from B. Isolating girl A gets you that much closer to #/F close; assuming you haven't got the # already. Isolating her from her friend shows her you know how to take control. I am pretty sure this is a DHV.
