To be good in bed you need good foreplay, I'm trying to upgrade my skills. Can anyone help me out it would be greatly apperciated :D

There is heaps on this subject, but a simply small ebook is one david d has on his site, I'm not sure if you even have to pay for it. Its called "sex secrets" or something like that. Its only an hour or so read but great!

you have to pay for "sex secrets" by david deangelo, but it's def worth it, along with the rest of the package in the "double your dating" ebook. for only $20, it's really awesome

Dude, consider foreplay as an exploration trip. You are slowly exploring your partners body.

Most men only pay attention to certain parts of a female body mainly boobs , ass and pussy. kiss her every where. eg turn her around,kiss along spinal cord lick there. kiss her neck , play with her nipples. Just explore her body. And always look out for sign. If she likes something you can sense it from her body or her facial expressions.

Two things that I've found girls love.

Learn to take off her earrings with your tongue.

The other one is... and this you have to know... learn to take off her bra with one hand.

Basic stuff that every woman appreciates.

Inside of a girls knees are sensitive, most guys don't know that, also licking the bottom side of a woman's breast is very nice.

Pay a hell of a lot of attention to the neck and shoulder line....
Foreplay should be an art, get into, and keep it sensual.
