| I've read a lot of pua stuff but nothing worked for me, but meanwhile i've developed my analitical skills so I came with my own pua stuff, very very very advanced stuff,that worked for me.
i believe that most pua stuff are good only for other puas, they can't build a begginer's reframe, because it's hard to see from a lighted place(pua state) to a dark one(afc state). An AFC cand see the path but he just can't walk on it, that's why only less than 10% AFCs become puas.
Besides their personal needs(need of sex, food, survive), people are controlled mostly by their genetics in a way that make our specie to survive.For example, if you consider yourself a looser than you're genetics will not gonna let you socialize because you would contaminate the others with your low selfesteem, so your genetics would make you want to isolate yourself(realistic video games, movies,etc.). Again, if your genetics know you're unworthy, then they will not gonna let you have children(wich will be unworthy too) because our specie in order to live must contains only worthy people.
So, like naturals, you must have high selfesteem, so that you're genetics will allow you to be attractive. Skills are not developed like in the video games, they are unlocked; naturals don't need any tricks, they know from their genetics how to be attractive.
Secondly, the anxiety doens't come because you're scared that women's friends will kill you(at this point actually you don't even care too much about yourself) like Mystery or Tyler Durden said(or maybe just a very very bit, but that's manageable).It's come with the fear that you're genes will not live, you're woried that you won't be able to help our specie to survive, you're afraid that you're seed will not grow inside of a woman. This fear comes because most of us restrain ourself to only one special woman, so the chances of genes to survive are very low. The solution will be have as more options as possible, fuck as more women as possible to be ensure you're genetics that you're genes will live. AFCs can begin to fuck prostitutes to become confortable with touching and build high selfesteem.
In conclusion, build a highselfesteem(using hypnosis;the only person you sholud fall in love is YOU),be cool, and fuck as many women as possible(if you consider a woman special then you'll not be able to make her feel special).
