Lately ive been noticing the power of giving value and i started thinking about it and i couldn't quantify a good definition of the term. what is giving value and how do you achieve giving it?

from my understanding anytime you are amusing yourself and having fun thats offering value ..and anytime your sense of self worth is tied up in there repsonse to you thats taking value ....hope this helps
