Okay, if I saw anyone write stupid shit on their "LED belt", I'd tell him he's a tool and probably give him a nudge.

Don't overdo things and cry out for attention in such awkward ways as to write things on your LED Belt.

I think an LED belt by itself is sufficient.

But if you REALLY want to write something, then "I'm Horrible" would probably be good enough. This isn't sarcasm either, it shows that you know that people who actually wear LED belts are tools and this will show a sense of social awareness/value/whatever.
