at work, with another alpha male. one of the younger cashier's (female) comes in 30 minutes late, and the alpha male teases her by getting her to beg for her till becuase she was late. Then she says thats not fair, why do I have to beg. Then he turns to me and asks what do you think about this? Then the girl turns too and says, "ya, what do you think about this?" How do you respond? Do you side with the guy or the girl?

Really, this is a loose-loose situation. It is no point at all in getting involved.

I'd probably say something to her like " I don't think he's going far enough. You're lucky. If it was up to me your situation would be much worse. he's too much of a softie." and i'd just play it up from there. To me it's kind of out Alphaing an Alpha.
