While isolating the girl, I have the problem of running out of things to say and escalation. I think that the attraction could never happened without sexual escalation?
So, when I've managed to build some rapport and attractions, what should I do??
Should I escalate, if yes where should I start?? Should I start by holding her hands, or anything?? (The girl I'm approaching would never kiss a guy other than boyfriend)

Now for Escalation, Any type of touch is fine. Like when talking to her a hand on her shoulder, giving her a high five when she done something you like or you just done something cool. You have to break the physical barrier. Hell when I open a door for a woman I always place my hand on the small of her back pushing her in lightly. Its enough to let her know I am there.
