Rejection is not optional, but mandatory

I suggest you read Pitch Anything. It's all about frame control in the context that it originated- Big business; however, everything in it can be applied to the rest of life, social interactions, and PU. Some of the terms and tactics this guy uses had me thinking he was a PUA. Then, I realized, a lot of PUAs just pull from the techniques he has created (or they pull from people who pulled from him).

Have a pen out as you read and annotate the shit out of the book. Be writing down PUA applications as you go through. And if you are in a field of work that includes the pitching of ideas (journalism, business, etc.) then also annotate in that context.

Don't learn frame control to be a better PUA. Just learn frame control. Then, apply it to PU and every other facet of life!

There is always something that could be said. Because of this, people forget that silence is also an option.

A large part of frame control just comes down to ignoring the things that don't help you. That alone will majorly help you keep your "frame" in most situations.
