At the moment there is a big festival here. In one of the places there is a nice waitress. A friend and I where just joking around saying 'Hi, *name*' cause they all show there name. Well, the girl I'm talking about responded with a nice smile and we started ordering and ordering...

The next day, we arrived at the place, she was working again and passed us by while we're entering. Again, we got a nice smile. A bit later we went back to the place and we had a hour talk about who we are, what we study, where we from...

2 Days ago I asked her number. She hadn't much time so I said 'I don't want to be strange, but if you wanna join us after your working hours you can...' She said she hadn't planned something. Which I responded with 'If you want, you can write down your number, I'll text you during the evening and then you just let me know something'.

The respons: 'Hi, I'm done working. I'm afraid I can't join you, we are going along the festival with the whole group. Greetz x'

Problem 1: She knows I have a girlfriend.
Problem 2: According to problem 1, she probably thinks I'm working for my friend on this one... (Like most woman tell me, is a strange guy...)

Anyway some good advice? I know here a little bit, got here number and she probably want to meet 'us'.

you continually seek her approval on things, don't ask offer/tell, it is not come do this if you want, or you can give me your number if you want, it is IM DOING (Xthing) , YOU ARE INVITED (OR I WANT YOU TO COME) IT WILL BE COOL(or insert positive word to replace cool), then wait for her to agree, when she does she should offer her number, if she doesn't say, how do i contact you?, she will then give number, if she does not agree to your time bridge, then you have to spend more time on her or move on, or she will flake reguardless,

be more selfish, say I WANT, not IF YOU WANT, you need to lead

I asked her today if she had to work (text). And yes she will

"Yes this night i'm working, but a bit later and longer. x" Which seems to be a nice answer. 1 she did answer my stupid question. 2. She gave more information than needed.

So I'll see her this evening irl while she's working. Someone knows a good move/ step forward? I want to seek some POI's... But this setting (the bartenderstuff) doesn't seem to work out very well...

Don't ask if she's working. She's put on the spot, it's like saying "I have a plan for you but I'm not telling you what it is, wanna come?" It becomes tempting to say that she's busy just so she doesn't deal with awkwardness later. Offer plans, and if she says no, she may even feel bad for saying no to something she really did want to go to, and end up chasing YOU.
