If you haven't read this book you need to. It was authored by the brain child of Sigmund Freud. The book outlines four personality types: narcissist, marketing, erotic and obsessive. The book is well written and stands well above other personality or psychology books.

I don't have any data yet (I am halfway through the book and had to share some ideas), but I can see routines from the quizzes in the back of the book going over great. The book never sold that well, it wasn't written for the masses, but as an extension to a Harvard Business Journal article.

Also, understanding which type the girl is can help you figure out exactly which routines will work.
