I´m naturally shy and I don´t naturally make eye contact easilly. When I realized how important this could be, I forced myself to do it. Sometimes I feel that my eye contact doesn´t make feel the girls conforatble because they can feel I´m not natural. Most of the time I look at the right eye of the girls, I can´t look at the two eyes at the same time. Then I can feel that she is not conforatble with the way I look at her, then I lower my eyes and I become self concious. Before I can do anything, we both sence I kind of disconnection between us, and it blows my chances away. I would like to know if some of you faced the same issue and if you could find the right state of mind to be. Thank you in advance, JB

This was always a big deal with me. Before I got into PUA I never held eye contact with people. It's just something you have to force yourself to do, it's uncomfortable at first, but after a while you get used to it. Also, I don't think it's possible to look at both eyes at once, so don't worry about that, just pick one.

Make sure you don't have a super serious or depressed look on your face while making eye contact, look like you are having fun, smile, or give a flirty little smirk. Maybe pull one of these

Also, don't stare, because this is always creepy
