So i met this girl at a bar and we had a great time and made out a little. The next day when I called her she seemed a bit distant and only answered my questions without asking back.

She even gave me an IOD when I texted her!

Here's how I turned it around via text messages:

Me: Wow, just saw something that made me think of you.

Her: Haha, what?

Me: Some "street artist" came and disturbed our lovely terrace with his trumpet and he wasn't any good. I hope you're better than that. (she told me she plays trumpet)

Her: Well thank you for comparing me to that!! Haha, where are you hanging out?

Me: Trying to scout my favorite spots are you? PS: What is your favorite moviegenre?

Her: Anything but science fiction! And you're probably in Amsterdam right? So I can't come anyway (she lives in another city).

Me: Good answer! 10 points for you I'm hosting a horrormovie-night in my backyard next week, to save up beer caps for my mother. If you promise to behave, maybe I'll send you an invite.

Her: What is your definition of behaving?

Me: No tatoos on my forehead (happened before), no throwing popcorn and no streaking. Do you think you can manage that?

Her: I could try, the first two sound reasonable


And after that, the conversation got way too nasty to post on this forum.. Nah just kidding, I called her and got her all excited about meeting me at my party.

My #1 rule: When in doubt.. BANTER!

For example, when I texted that I saw something that reminded me of her, I've waited over 2 hours to respond to her text. Just to keep her wondering what the hell I saw.
