There's a bar I play at, (guitarist and singer), and one of the barmaids is cute. I've been going most wednesdays for about 7 weeks, this girl has worked about 4 of them, and has been fairly cold and dismissive towards me from the beginning but nice and friendly to my friends. I've always been polite and friendly and a tiny bit flirty. When my friends aren't around she smiles and seems a bit shy but when they are she get's cold again!

For example tonight she had my friend's drink brought over but 'forgot' mine.

No idea what to do, how do i go about opening her up a bit!?
