Hey, I'm new to this forum.

But I have been struggling with approach anxiety and was wondering if any one could help me out.

I guess you could call me the shy/quiet type, so even if I build up the courage to approach a women, I quickly run out of things to say.

Any advice or tips would be extremely appreciated!!!

The thing that by far helped me out the most with dealing with AA is a simple reframing. approach anxiety is a very negative thing, instead of afraid you should be excited! This one phrase was really the one that made me go appraoch girls instead of keyboard jockeying. "I want that rush" If you want to go out and have some fun in your day, say that when you see a cute girl. get pumped! not afraid!
