A new girl started working at our company roughly 200 guys and 5 girls. I know odds suck, I managed to isolate her and get a few kinos etc with her. Easily a HB8. Her ex was also a cage fighter.
Not a big one for set routines I like to go for the confidence and looks.
Within 5 minutes she gave me 3 IOI's touching her hair, told me she was single (no prompt from me) and stroked my arm.
Went out for a works night out a few days later. She walked in and came straight to me, I talked to her for a few minutes. She wanted to meet some other guys from work, to get to know there names. I pointed out some people and just walked away and left her to it. I chatted to her a few more times that night and a few hours later saw her surrounded by about 6 guys. I just walked in the middle and asked if she needed a hand getting a taxi home. She made a major move for me in the car park, but she was too drunk so I politely turned her down.
Next day she came in to work gave me a peck on the cheek to say thankyou and we have been casually flirting ever since.
Have been trying to get her to flirt on text, and face to face which she does when she is at work.
Whenever I text her when she is at home she never replies. Have even tried being upfront and asking her out but she ummed and arred about it.
Her main sticking point is getting into a relationship with a guy she works with as it would destroy her reputation.
Any suggestions on how to crack her?

I think you screwed up when she made a major move on you and you turned her down. Just because she has been drinking you turned her down?

Personally, I think this girl was just looking for friend with benefits instead of a relationship. A lots of girls sleep with guys without wanting a relationship. Get this into your head. Her being drunk or drinking then making major move was just a excuse so she doesn't feel like a slut. If she was to do it sober, you rejected her, she would feel embarass or like a slut.

I don't know how to fix this, but remember, girls sleep with guys without wanting a boyfriend/girlfriend relationships. She probably will not want you as a exclusive boyfriend until couple of months from when you first had sex.

Of course the exceptions are obviously a virgin girl or a girl that probably dated like one guy

One night stands is my thing so not shy about that, just a limit to how drunk a girl should be. Unable to stand up properly is my limit.
I do have a second chance though said a college in Central London was running a course and suggested she come with me to have a look at it.
She jumped at the chance straight away, also deleted her number from my phone (gets rid of the temptation to call/text her). I also largely ignored her today and when I did speak to her just acted disinterested. On the way to the college i'll suggest that we should blow it off and go for a drink instead. Fingers crossed once I get in with her the whole relationship at work thing will be out the window.
