Met this girl. Flaked first date, but we continued texting.

We text daily and talk on the phone almost every-night. This has been going on for about 3/4 weeks. She said we would catch up last weekend then canceled again on the day.

Now please no one tell me to give up.

I like this girl because she's challenging. Perhaps because I have invested so much time and still haven't won. Someone help me out.

Now her compliance else wise is high. I text, 'call me' she does. We flirt, (she says things like, 'I think I'm warming to you'.) I'm not calling or texting her today (except for one text at lunch) because I think if we keep talking with no physical escalation I'm headed for the LJBF zone.

She says she doesnt want a boyfriend and I said that's fine. She talks very sexually quite often aswell

So many mixed messages! So much comfort building and no second day!!

I can't put this down to anything at all (unless she secretly has a boyfriend or something).

Side notes: An emotionally withdrawn girl, ice queen. Took great effort to get to this stage.

Comfort building needs to be done in person. Not over phone call or texting.

My reason for texting is self entertainment. My reason to call is to tell a long dhv stories that are probably couple minutes long. I mostly don't call. I get day 2's from texting usually.

When I text for self amusement, girls drop in subtle hint for me to ask them out. I just ignore it and continue. After about the 2nd time, I know she wants to hang out. So if is like a Saturday, I will shoot a text like "hey I am going to xxxxx tonight, lets hang out." I do it late in the evening like about 6 pm.

This is my style of getting days 2. I would highly suggest looking up phone or text game because your phone game puts you in a "needy" position with the girl.
