Ok 2day I was talking to this girl from school and we been talking a lot since the spring semester started and now we finish a week from now....She was going back home for summer but she got a internship so she is staying in the city (she told me this 2day).... After that we started talking about are favorite band then she tells me he coming to the city in July (This during class)
Ok 2 hours past, im in my house on fb she writes on my wall put the link of the concert and writes

Her: go with me ! ( :

Would be this consider be a date or a friend to friend hang out?

You're way overthinking it man, it doesn't matter whether it is or not, she's obviously interested and she's letting you know it. Go with it. As to how she intended it, it would all depend on how she told you about it. Dropping lots of IOIs, playing with hair, etc, then yeah, she probably meant it as a romantic thing. But without a lot more detail as to what happened, there's not a lot to go on.

Anyway, the point is, don't sweat it. You got an in, now use it.
