I have known this girl for years. I have kinda always had a thing for her. About four months ago she broke up with her boyfriend of three years. Recently things have become really flirty between the two of us. Every person has told me she has a thing for me, but when I told her that I had a thing for her she said "I do like you and you are the total opposite of that ass hole (speaking of her old boyfriend), but I don't want to hurt you by not wanting anything right now. it's just that i'm not ready and would probably be the most jealous and paranoid person ever." What does this mean?

Sounds to me like you guys are good friends, and she sees you as that. Since she just broke up and is vulnerable, she might see your friendship as something more. In this case, be a man and lead ! Be careful though, if you do make a move on her, because she was in the relationship a long time, and still has feelings for him. It's your job to take her negative feelings make them positive, and direct them at you.
