I was drunk so didn't really wanted to respond. But the timing of the email was so perfect that she was online at the same time. Plus I already had plans for the weekend. So I wrote,

My analysis: Lame. If I was busy I shouldn't have responded. I am curious on how the experts would take it from here.

I think this shows you are considerate and is not all that bad. there really is no vibe here at the moment. I do think the ball is in your court. I didn't like the 'im glad you replied' bit because it sounds needy.

You should throw her a msg when your actually free and just respond normally to her first post and go from there.
