I was at a barbershop today, and a new hair dresser there who was cutting my hair was giving me lots of IOIs. We made a few small talks, but I had no idea how to progress to get her number. Is there a routine or something that I can use designed for barber shop games? or do you guys have any good suggestions?

Does she work the register? Face-to-face (and the closer the better) works better than you sitting in a chair, even with a mirror in front of you. You can try "I'd like to get to know you better, but this environment is a little too professional for me. Would you care for a drink this Friday at xxx (decent bar or lounge)?" If she says yes, ask for her number. Depending on how she says no, you can say something like "That's too bad. I can tell you're a great person to hang out with. I'm into yyy (an easy-to-get-into activity), would you like to join me sometime?" Don't give up without a fight.
