The banter will mostly consist of pretty much anything random to talk about. If you are not sure enough yet that you can just start rambling about interesting things off the top of your head, then just memorize like 3 or 4 interesting stories from your past. Hell, make up some interesting stories if you want, just memorize em. So whenever you get a brainfart and cant think of something to say, just start up with one of your stories. You dont even need a segway to the story- just wait til the pause when you're stuck and then go right into it.
As far as the fun/flirty things to say, alot of these fall under the 'neg' category, just do a search and you'll be golden.
Just remember that the less you rely on canned material, the more natural and therefor attractive you will appear. Use them only as a beggingers crutch to get you used the format of a seduction conversation. After you feel comfortable with the whole idea, you will much more easily just be able to fill in the gaps yourself and you will have better results.

Subtract the smoke and mirrors and follow all the advice on here that remains. I think a bit of C&F/being alpha works quite well. Granted, that will get rid of all the AFCs and guys who use script, so if you're just looking for a lay...

As for rapport, I personally have a thing for girls that are interesting (have been to places and experienced things), are adventurous (will try something new), have a sense of humor/don't take themselves too seriously, and something going on upstairs. So if you can either have a passionate convo about something exciting, or you can talk about something mundane whilst creating sexual tension (eye fuck him while talking about vacuuming or something), you'd be good in (probably not just) my book.
