Basically I said something in a text like:

im busy monday and tuesdy, but i might be able to do weds

she goes

weds should be fine. confirm on tuesday...(some other stuff here)

should I just be like sorry I couldnt make it on weds on tuesday instead of let her flake on me?

If I am doing that, should I give a reason?

If Wednesday should be fine, just go on Wednesday?

I don't see what you gain from flaking... if you don't want to go, don't go.

If she ends up flaking on Wednesday, resort to the usual "three strikes you're out!" banter and let her know she's being a pain in the ass.
