So basically, me and this girl were sitting together in a pub with a big group of friends. I have picked up on plenty of IOIs and know that she is attracted to me. I just need some help to get to the next level.

I was beside her, had my arm over her shoulder and our legs were close together. You might find this all sounds too familiar.

Anyway, I was sitting there thinking "Fuuuuuck, what do I do now?"

Basically, we talked, even tickled each other, laughed, etc etc

However, in the end it didn't go anywhere.

So I did some research and I have come up with this plan. Let me know what you think of it.


1) When having my arm over her shoulder, I should reach for her hand. This way I can tell if she feels comfortable with me, it can build attraction and it seems like a solid way to escalate, especially IF she squeezes back when I squeeze.

2) If she starts tickling me again, I'll take THAT as a chance to hold her hand(s) so that I have a "subtle" (?) reason to hold them.

3) After a few minutes of holdings hands I'll touch her hair with a finger or two, comment on her hair. See how she reacts.

4) If it all goes well, I'll get closer to her, kiss her once on each cheek, and go for the lips.

How does this sound? Has anyone tried this or something similar?
