I usually chat with that girl and she is interested(she gave me some IOI, yesterday for example during a birthday party she asked me if i wanted to go away with her and a female friend of her, waiting for her friend boyfriend) and when we chatted last week she asked me something about my relationship..
why do not i have a girlfriend..if i would be interested on a younger girl(she is very young) and she told me he has some troubles with her boy, so she offered me to meet this week to talk because she is tired to chat

I would just focus on her. As far as the interaction between you two goes, he doesn't exist. SHE needs to deal with him, not you. If you're good enough she'll make up her own mind. But that's just my opinion, I'm sure there's people around here that got good BF destroying advice.
