I've been reading up on qualification recently and it's currently the weakest part of my game. So, a little help would be appreciated.

First of all, I'm going to write down the things I look for in a woman, so I can start qualifying. I like a girl to be fun. So how would I qualify her?

Should I ask her what she does for fun? And if she says something I take interest in, should I reward her? If someone could give me an example with the question above, it would be appreciated. Lastly, can you qualify a girl for anything? For example, if she starts talking about something your interested in. Should you first ask her a few questions about that interest then reward her? Of course as long as you take a real interest in it.
