Our teacher made us give our phone numbers to people in our lab group and I really didn't think too much of it. This girl in my lab group texts me later that day and we start talking and I add her on facebook. The next day around the same time she texts me again for the homework. She came up with a nickname for me(it kind of makes fun of my real name) it's like taking my name and making it feminine, I don't feel like giving my name out. So now I call her a masculine name to kind of like fight it back. She doesn't text me first anymore and whenever I text her she either A.) Doesn't answer or B) stops talking. Like I don't know if I'm just like too clingy or what because I met her last week. I'm just trying to be a nice guy. I don't feel like im attracted to anyone else but her. I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I don't think she likes me now. I never did anything to insult her, she still talks to me in class and stuff but yeah. I don't know how to take it from here, How can I get into her life and go out with her? If that option can still be open.

Honestly......its not going to be easy. First i would probably start by stop calling or texting her because its obvious she is still going to see you, but outside of school, she has no interest in persuing it, which to me is her way of being civil. Secondly your going to have to do something that makes her interested but without you giving in to her, if that makes sense. Let me explain.....

Have you ever gone out sarging in a bar or club etc. by your self or with a buddy? and it seems you have to work a little harder at hooking girls or atleast sparking interest right off that bat? But put yourself in the same situation bringing a girl with you. or a few girls.....then you will notice a lot more girls giving eye contact. wondering "what's so interesting about him???....maybe i want to get to know him". It's almost like a peacock theory....but what i guess i'm trying to say is you need to show her that your a tribal leader and that your interested without looking like your trying too hard. but first you need to spark her interest again.

Some how she needs to see that you are cool, that you are talking to other girls, and that your not hung up on her, (whether you are or not). And once she sees you at a local party or hears that other girls have been talking about you or asking, then it sparks a jealousy and it DHV's you. which is probably the only way you will get a chance at getting her back. hope this helps
