This girl randomly added me as a friend on Facebook. I accepted her request, browsed through her profile and she turns out to be a HB7, on assumption that she is not fake. (She doesn't seem like one since she has all her relatives' comments under her photos visiting a wedding ceremony.)

I sent her the initial message saying "Hey, why don't you try introducing yourself to me? =)" and she says her name. I say "Thank you, I could read that from your profile name. Tell me more distinctive things please, like where should I remember you from." I was never approached by a girl on Facebook so this last message might have come off as arrogant and unfriendly so she replied "Oh I don't know you. I am removing you as a friend anyway... Bye...". I realized later that this might be a hook but I managed to take her back by taking too little frame damage.

Now it looks like she is sending me IOI's and telling me DHV stories. I am using role-playing, qualifying, screening and DHV stories to keep her interest up. However, she never asks me questions about myself. Now I asked her to tell me the craziest moment of her life and she replies "Doing crazy things or making someone do crazy things...It totally depends on the situation, people you are doing it with and the dynamics of the place you are doing it in..."

I am now puzzled at this stage and need your guys' advice on how to reply to this specific message and how to proceed onto a date. I appreciate it.

You might try something like:

"Wow! haha I'm not sure I should be talking to you! I thought you were a good girl You might corrupt me!! and most of the time I TRY to be a good boy So, this time I'm gunna let you ask me 3 question, and try to make them good."

Like XponenT said, do that. Its making her feel like she's won the right to ask you 3 questions but it also challenges her to do it. Play push-pull with her, tell her you dont like that question and to try another, after all you told her to "make them good".
