Try to think of yourself as a mirror with a twist.
When she tells you something, mirror it back:
Her: "Yes, Im working with sales".
You: "Oh, you work with sales."
Then ad a twist:
You: "That actually.. sounds pretty boring. Haha"

Then you take this thread and turn it into something intresting.
There is no way of using canned material for a really natural and good convo.


Your input
When you talk to female, its important to adjust at first.
Then, as you both are getting along/having fun, you ad more of yourself.
After talking for a while she will adjust (qualify) herself to your standards.


I dont think there is need for you to "think" of certain topics or specific questions.
