Hey all. I'll get straight to the point - tomorrow night I'm at an 18th party (unfortunately at a venue, rather than a house), and I only know the guy I'm going with. He is a major Omega male, so my pre-selection is likely to suffer in any situation where he introduces me to people, so I think it'd do my game better if I played it with opening and transitioning rather than just waiting to be allowed straight into attraction. Again, unfortunately, it's not the sort of party where one can just go and talk to people, I think it's more of an 'everyone get smashed' style event.

Thing is, I've only ever socially gamed before. I'm very successful at social gaming, however; when I get into it, the conversation comes easy, and I keep very congruent. I'm mainly a natural, but I fallback on some gambits and routines to help with attraction and comfort, and to fill and potential silent spots.

Basically I need some help with transitioning mainly, as I fear it could be my major weak point tomorrow night. Opening is fairly easy, I feel situational opening could be easy, however I'm gonna try some more direct stuff and see where that gets me. Does anyone have any good transitioning lines (suitable for such an event), which could get me into either another routine, or maybe a DHV story?
