This is a long story but Ill keep it as short as possible. A long while ago I had an incredible connection with a girl who had a boyfriend. Would have stole her away from him had I have had more time but I was only in town for a week and ended up leaving before it could go anywhere... After that I pretty much put her out of my mind till I heard she finally broke up with her boyfriend, and with a lot of flirting online I thought fuck it... and put a trip back to her town on my schedule.

So Ill be heading there in a few more days but just recently I found out she is now dating a new guy, an even bigger looser than the first. Im sure she still has feelings for me and Im pretty confident I can make those feelings even stronger if I get the opportunity but Im a bit worried about: a) if she is not willing to break the commitment shes made with this other guy, and b) if she might avoid being alone and/or drinking with me for fear of what might happen.

Does anyone have any advice on this? How do I get this guy out of the frame?

Normally if i can't convince er with shit like, "how many boyfriends do you have" or "do you want a new one, i still come with an air freshener" or "screw him, i'm more entertaining" or my favorite "take two their small...but mines bigger" i arrange to meet her bf in front of her, and i piss him off enough to try hitting me, and i simply use a physical disarming technique. this normally shows her that not only is her boy friend an ass, but hes weak physically and mentally, where as i keep my temper in check, I dont let that control me, i keep a good sense of humor, and when i have to i am strong enough to deal with anything that arises. Women are attracted to the man that their instincts say can protect them, ratehr than talking to her thoughts i communicate to her instincts and it generally does some good.
