Beautiful girl who was introduced through a friend of mine. She is a great conversationalist and all around a person you wanna be around. Thing is.... She lives with her ex still.... She tells me they are broken up and I don't put all my eggs in one basket but at this point in time, they are.

Another thing is that she doesn't have any family around here so we have been seeing each other behind his back because if he finds out, I'm sure she's out of there.... Is this just a waste of time or what

It's not a waste of time if you just dont invest too much in it. Emotionally and time-wise.

Are you after a LTR? Or just a lay?

I suggest you still go and date others, because in situations like this, the odds are that she will get back together with her boyfriend, or that she won't be able to see you without being secret about it because she's scared of losing the roof above her head.

You can still pursue this girl, but don't get too attached, unless she moves out of her boyfriends house soon.
