If after talking for a while, doing kino etc a HB says "I am going now" BL in another direction as if to go, but stands there not going and hesitates to go when she has the chance, what does this mean?

b) let her leave
c) turn on the C&F, i normally try stating "don't tell me you're gonna go without giving me a kiss..." while pointing to your cheek, when she moves in to kiss your cheek, turn your head at the last second so she kisses you on the lips. look into her eyes n give her a wink - see how it goes from there

Each HB may be expecting a different reaction...some subconsciously wanting you to stop them or possibly getting satisfaction that you want them and they are out of your league based on your body language/lapse in convo and are enjoying your torment....the latter is unlikely.

Whats more likely: If they say they have to go but just stand there looking at you they want you to say something to entice them...I would say" OK If you have to go you have to go" or something similar...keep steady alpha eye contact and give em a half smile...you embrace the uncertainty while most dudes are begging for their number. Most likely you will bump into them (on purpose) again while playing it cool and being confident, then utilize Kino etc.

They also may be bluffing and continue to talk...this happens all the time. Whatever you do dont say or show you want them to stay...neediness this soon is a deal breaker with serious HB's
