It communicates higher value if you assume she does remember you - send a text saying Hi, but instead of her real name insert a pet name - for example I was walking back to mine the other night with a girl and she kept skipping down the road (she'd had a couple of glasses of wine by this point), so when I next texted her I started with 'Hey Skippy'

Ask her what she's been up to (relate it to something you talked about when you met) and state something interesting that you've been up to. Only send 1 question per text and as soon as the text interaction is going well cut it short.

Leave it a couple of days then call her using the same format, again cut it short when its going well - she'll love it as you come across as a guy with lots going on. Seems to be working for me. Keep it playful and interesting.
