Let's get this straight, im an amateur in every single way. I've read but barely applied. And this is my situation.

Last friday i walked into this bar thats in a sportscenter. I was meeting my mates there to see some indoor football. Soon as i walk in and walk towards the table where i was gonna sit down i take a glimpse to the left and theres 2 bartender chicks. 1 with short hair and possibly lesbian and 1 extremely cute tanned chick. I sat down and had some drinks, watched the football game and came back for more.

I sit next to my mates gf and she asked if i liked the girl, i said yea shes cute. She said ok if u want her number go talk. I was like what to say ? She said, talk to her and tell her im a lesbian and that i want to know the name of the girl with short hair. So i did what she said after ordering some drinks and when i told her that she was laughing and said the name. I said ok and whats yours ? She told me hers. I said.. one more question youre not fully dutch are you ? And she said no i am not, im half chile. She then asked my origin and i sat down again after that talk. Now she was talking with the other bartender about my lesbian friend. And all the time this bartender was now smiling at my mates gf. I wanted to use the 5 questions trick from style on the girl but my mates chick was a bit tipsy at that point so. She took me to the bar to get more drinks and pulled this 5 question trick on her and the bartender actually gave her number to her. I couldnt really use that one anymore so i was like ok this is fine for now. In the end we had some small chat if she knew spanish cause she was from chile but she doesnt know any she said, her father does tho blabla. I was gonna ask her number in spanish but that idea failed too. in the end we just left and said bye.

Next day im standing in an other bar with some of my friends and this very same hot bartender walks by. She was with some friends and as she walks past me she recognizes me and waves. So my mates gf is like, lets go talk to her and we walk to the front of the place to and we saw her, but as we were talking this girl comes to the coats with her friends and looks like shes about to leave. So my mates gf talks to her like i hope i didnt made a drunk impression last night etc. but it was all fine and i asked if she was leaving and she said yea im going to the place next door. And her friends were like pushing her all the time to leave. And the place next door was like teenager, 15-19 years of age. So im like, so what age are you ? and she looked at me and said 19.. while were standing in a 21+ bar.. So im like okay. Her friends were even more nagging and she said i have to go, bye!!

Now what is the best thing to do ? I don't have her number, only her colleague. But i do know where she works. I was thinking to go back like 3-4 days later and sit at the bar seeing if shes working. But i honestly don't really know what to tell her. I need some serious advice on this one.
