I've noticed often after I've opened a HB she will say to her friend:
'Doesn't he remind you of ____' or
'He reminds me of ____'

What does this mean? An IOI? What could I say to continue the conversation?

You know it really depends on who the guy is I suppose. I would pretty much just ignore the statement. You don't know who they are comparing you to so it would be pointless to try to spin a conversation off this. Also, you don't want to sit there and ask about the other guy, cause that would give up too much frame control. I would pretty much smile and keep going with what I was talking about or switch topics to something I wanted to talk about.

"Thats nice....<next thread>"

As said, who don't know if it's a good for a bad thing and asking would only show insecurity giving them the frame so dismiss it and lead the conversation to more fruitful ventures.

If someone say's this to me I usually say "Oh really? who does he model for?" , Its more of a joke than a PuA technique though I think and probably comes off as overly cocky if they don't get it.
