Saying goodbye

I noticed something when saying goodbye to girls, those are girls I see on a regular basis, I built some attraction but not pretty much else.
When I´m with a girl like that and a group of other people I notice they don´t really say goodbye to me when we split.
They say goodbye to the group not even looking at me.
Why? What does this mean?
