New here, great forums and great community.

Just read the Attraction Code and will soon be reading again, it's totally helped me see that there are some things (many) I am doing wrong.

In one such case a girl at work and I text back and forth all the time and email and I make blatantly flirty comments. Sometimes she flirts back sometimes she doesnt.
I realize I am chasing way too hard... its just a girl.

What are some ways you all would flip the script here and make sure I am building attraction and making her want me and to chase me... rather than look desperate and overly flirty.

It's easy, you stop texting/emailing her (that much) because you 'are a busy man' Now instead of being flirty by text/mail, be like that in person. Kino her when you can and build attraction.

Agree with the above.

Try to get her to hang out with you on the weekend and do the same flirting you do with txt, so she doesnt feel like you just hiding behind your phone.
